Dies ist über Jemanden, der mir sehr am Herzen liegt. Wir hatten einige Gespräche über den Zustand der Welt. Nicht der beste, das weiß ich. Meine Generation hat aus dem Vollen gelebt und da stehen wir nun und die nächsten Generationen können es ausbaden. Wir wussten es aber es gab zu wenige, die etwas anderes als die eigene Gegenwart interessiert. Die nachfolgenden Generationen könnten es aber auch besser machen. Allerdings gibt es da auch berechtigte Gründe zu zweifeln. Und nun? Sein ganzes Leben alles Scheiße finden und die Verzweiflung aus Trotz mit ins Grab nehmen? Es gab schon andere Krisen, man denke nur an die vielen Kriege und trotzdem gibt es Hoffnung. Man sollte es jedenfalls versuchen.

Hinweise

Natürlich lehnt sich das an "Riki dont loose that number" von Steely Dan an. Wir haben volle fünf Jahre gebraucht, um den Song fertig zu bekommen. Eine lange Zeit lag er in der Ecke, weil wir keinen Mittelteil und Text für die Strophen hinbekommen haben. Die Osterferien 2021 haben ihn dann reifen lassen.
